Shortly after graduation from Liason College of Culinary Arts, chef Allan Gancena traveled and continued to gain and learn new culinary experiences. Throughout the years, Allan worked with many talented chefs and was featured on Canadian television where the public had the opportunity to watch this master chef in action. It was after his 2nd trip and chef experience from Australia when he decided to open his fine dining restaurant, "My Kitchen by Gancena." His travels and experiences were spent learning new & old recipes, cooking with international influences, and understanding the cultural background/ touches of food, which Allan has brought back to his own restaurant, truly making your dining experience an inspiring one.
